Amion is a product of Spiral Software, which is wholly owned by founder/developer
Stuart Karon. Our development office is located at 248 Park Street, Newton, MA 02458.
Any questions about privacy may be directed to Raygan Kelly at raygan@amion.com. This
privacy policy covers Amion.com, the Amion OnCall desktop software, and official integrations
such as the Amion mobile app and the Microsoft Teams app.
Amion collects only account information (information entered when creating an Amion
account, such as scheduler contact information) and the information entered into Amion
schedules. Amion schedules do not contain patient information or sensitive information
of any kind; most Amion schedules contain only medical provider names, assignments,
and basic contact info.
Yes. Amion schedules you create may be exported at any time in a variety of formats.
Our API (programming interface) allows for advanced user-created integrations. Amion
retains schedules posted to our service indefinitely, unless they are 1) overwritten
with a newer or different schedule by the customer, or 2) the customer requests their
removal and deletion. You may request your data be removed from Amion at any time
by contacting support@amion.com.
Information we collect is used only as part of our core mission of making our customers
schedules available to them where and when they need them. We do not sell, rent or
share email addresses, phone lists or any schedule or customer data with third parties
unless the other company is directly involved in providing core Amion services and
agrees to use the data solely to deliver services to our customers.
Schedule data is stored on the computer on which it is created (while being edited,
and as a backup) and on the Amion server. Amion's server is hosted by MIVA Merchant
from their data center in Tampa, FL. Only Amion has access to the servers' contents.
MIVA is a PCI Certified enterprise hosting provider. Do we share your data?
We do not sell, rent or share email addresses, phone lists or any schedule or customer
data with third parties unless the other third party is directly involved in providing
core Amion services and agrees to use the data solely to deliver services to our customers.
For instance, if you enable an integration with a third party such as TigerConnect
or Microsoft Teams, we may share your data with them in order to enable those features.
You control what data Amion has access to by deciding what you include in your Amion
schedule. You also control which third party integrations are enabled for your account.
For end-user access we offer many different options and controls to enable you to
decide what information is accessible to who. See
our security overview for details.
Here we discuss privacy policy.
