Go to File > Preferences. Choose the System section at bottom. Hold
the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard as you select the Expert option near the top.
You'll know OnCall is in Debug mode when a debug log window appears alongside the
main OnCall window.
Repeat the steps that caused the socket/connection error. Find the new file oncall.dbg
and send it to us at support@amion.com.
Disable Debug mode by repeating steps above, File > Preferences. Choose the
System section at bottom. Hold the Control (Ctrl) key on your keyboard as you
select the Expert option near the top. The debug log window will disappear. Click
OK and then publish to Amion to save changes.
