Missing shift online

You've added a new service to your schedule, but when you publish an update it isn't appearing at Amion.com:


Monthly schedule

Is someone assigned to work that shift? Services without a single assignment all month will be hidden to keep your schedule grid clean. Add an assignment and publish, and the row should appear.


Daily schedule

- In OnCall, check under File/Preferences/Amion Display for the settings 'Don't show unstaffed slots in...'

- File/Preferences/Amion Options 2, check the setting "Only svcs that count in call tallies". With that option enabled, any shift that isn't being counted toward tallies won't appear online.

- In OnCall, right-click on the name of your shift. Among the options that appear, be sure 'Include in Who's On list' is selected.
