The residency scheduler has page icons in the toolbar to view each staff type separately, plus a "view all staff" page icon. The "view all staff" icon appears on the main toolbar when the schedule has fewer than 100 staff total.

Once you go over 100 staff, the "view all staff" page icon disappears from the main toolbar, but the feature isn't gone. Go to the View menu and toggle All staff on and off.

You can choose which classes appear in the all-staff view. Hold the Ctrl key and click on a page icon on the toolbar to add or remove staff groups from the display.
