Adjust Resident Shift Times

If your residency style schedule is part of a larger Enterprise account with the shift times feature activated, the resident call assignment lines will display shift times in the Who's On listing. The default for resident shift times is 12 hours (Monday-Friday), and 24 hours (weekends). If you need to adjust these times you have two options.

To change the shift duration every day

  1. Select the call schedule by clicking the red crescent icon.
  2. Choose the service you would like to edit.
  3. Click on the white clock-face icon in the lower-right corner of the Infobox. In the window that opens, you will be able to edit the start and end times for call on that service.

To change the shift duration for one day

  1. Select the call schedule by clicking the red crescent icon.
  2. Choose the service you would like to edit, and select the particular day for which you want to change the start and/or end time of call.
  3. Right-click on that cell, and select "Shift times...". In the window that opens, you will be able to edit the start and end times for call on that day.
