Staff must set up and enter a unique personal password to gain access to the following features at Amion:

• Submit work requests
• Swap or pickup shifts
• Change hours worked
• View personal call tallies

To retrieve your personal password:

1. Click on the My Schedule icon on the main toolbar.

2. Select your name using the drop-down menu. Then click on the Work Preferences or Swap a Shift buttons.

3. Click on the link to email a login link to yourself.

4. Find the Amion email in your inbox. If you cannot locate the email, check your junk and spam folders. Copy or write down the password provided in the email.

5. Return to your Amion schedule and the My Schedule Icon to reach the personal login screen. Then paste or enter your personal password to access the features relating to personal schedules.

Alternative #5 step:

Return to your Amion schedule. Select the icon on the main toolbar relating to the access you desire. Then paste or enter your personal password.
